Act to not suffer
Suffering at work should not be a fatality but an opportunity to change
Because Burn-Out mainly affects women because of the mental load it bears, because this evil is a scourge that must be fought, we collaborate with the Vitruvius Medical Center within the Health and Work Department to support individuals in their recovery.
Today there are more than 2.55 million people who are in severe Burn-Out, and who do not always benefit from quality support, not knowing who can be at their side or not daring to ask for ugly.
You don't recover from a Burn-Out alone, but thanks to a team of which you are an active member. This is all the more useful if we want to avoid the recurrence which occurs in nearly 40% of cases.
The Vitruve center, of which we are a member, accompanies you to develop a personalized, multidisciplinary care course with health professionals.
Burnout: what is it?
Burn-Out is linked to the professional sphere. In this, it is to be distinguished from depression.
It's a3D syndrome, resulting from chronic exposure to stress that has not been successfully managed*, leading to emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and a diminished sense of personal accomplishment.
It manifests itself on thephysical, emotional and mental planes.
